Lisa came in last spring, during one of our 21 day challenges. I immediately connected with Lisa as she has such a pleasant demeanor and is always smiling! You can imagine, as demonstrated by the picture below, she LOVES having FUN. You can often find her smiling and giggling during her workouts!
Lisa struggles with MS and also deals with Colitus. We recently did a spring nutrition reset and Lisa chose to follow the Auto Immune Protocol, which eliminates a wide variety of foods and spices.
She crushed it though and discovered that she felt so much better when she laid off the sugar especially. Inherently, she chose to maintain following the AIP pretty closely, except as we say…”when it’s worth it”!!
During the spring nutrition reset, she dropped 8 pounds and lost 3% body fat! Her skin improved. Her energy improved and she slept like a rock!
Even though there are days when she doesn’t feel her best, she shows up and DOES her best. Always giving 110%!
Congrats, Lisa! Keep up the good work!

I try to always make it a priority! I think the things that keep me going is that the sessions are always different, there are a variety of exercises so you don’t get bored, the sessions are an hour, and the instructors and attendees are all amazing people that I have thoroughly enjoyed getting to know.
