What does the MFtiness for Life culture mean to you?
The first week of the Fall Fitness challenge every muscle in my body was sore and I felt like I was completely over my head but EVERYONE was so nice, supportive and encouraging. To me, Mfitness is a place where everyone is genuinely happy for other people successes and encourages and supports other’s through their challenges. It’s a rare thing and I am grateful to have found such a place.
Favorite exercise?
Exercise and favorite in the same sentence are still an oxymoron for me (sorry Michele!)
Least favorite exercise?
pull ups
What do you do when you’re not at MFitness?
Other than the fun tasks that come with being a wife and mother, I love to read, travel and volunteer in the community.
Guilty indulgences?
chocolate, shopping and Friday happy hour

Every morning when I get out of bed and my body and mind feel better, I remind myself how that happened and what I need to do to make sure it continues.
