Schuylkill County, PA, 1967
When did you start training with MFitness?
In Michele’s Basement! Maybe 2013?
What does the MFtiness for Life culture mean to you?
It’s a fun, non-judging atmosphere, with people of all ability levels, but still with a great deal of focus on technique and individual attention (i.e. Injury prevention). Classes are structured in such a way as to encourage (but not require) interaction with the other members- you can see friendships developing.
Favorite exercise?
Squattin’ the burly – plays to my strengths. (In Reference to the Ultimate Sandbag Burly-size)
Least favorite exercise?
Fence hoppers – I’m outta breath, my shirt is riding up, and I’m reminded I’m not in the shape I thought I was.
What do you do when you’re not at MFitness?
Other than working and sleeping? I’m an avid trail runner – so is my dog. I also swim a few days a week, bike in summer, climb (rock and ice – but not enough to get good), and travel with my wife Ann.
Guilty indulgences?
Beer, Red Wine, Spanish Food, Baked Goods, and Beer.
